Privacy Policy
Effective October 21, 2026
Web Access for the Blind, LLC ("Web Access", "we", "us") runs webaccessadvisor.com. This policy explains what information we collect on this website, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you use the Revenue Opportunity Calculator, contact us, request a call, or send us program documents, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, firm or business name, professional role, and answers about your practice.
Conversations with our AI assistant. Our assistant answers questions by text chat and by voice. We receive the messages you type, and for voice calls we receive what you say during the call, which may be recorded or transcribed so the assistant can respond and so we can follow up and improve its answers. Your browser asks your permission before the microphone is used, and you can end a call at any time. Please do not share Social Security numbers, tax ID numbers, tax returns, or payment card details with the assistant.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic technical information when you visit, such as pages viewed, the site you came from, your browser and device type, and your general location (city or region). We use Google Analytics for this, which uses cookies. We do not send your name, email address or phone number to Google Analytics.
Payment information. This website does not collect credit or debit card numbers. Card details are provided only on the paper Client Business Agreement, which must be mailed to us, never emailed.

Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and our program, such as our website and AI assistant platform, our email provider, and Google Analytics, and only as needed for them to provide those services. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires for business and tax records.
Your choices
- You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
- You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout to stop Google Analytics from collecting your visits.
